Martha Allee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as dual-diagnosis clinics. Martha earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree at St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida, and earned her graduate degree at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She then completed her clinical work and began working as an LCSW. She is living and practicing in Texas and provides care across the State of Texas.

Martha utilizes a mostly cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. She is trained and has experience using this modality of evidence-based care, but also employs a solution-focused approach. Her experience includes working with clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, OCD, substance abuse, adjustment difficulties, and others. Her experience includes working with clients across the adult-stage of life, from college students, early and middle-adulthood, and seniors. Martha believes that a warm, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic environment is paramount in feeling safe and secure as her clients work to meet their goals
