Telepsychiatry
We offer convenient, secure telepsychiatry appointments to patients located anywhere in Texas. Our licensed clinicians provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment — all delivered through a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Available to patients physically located in Texas at the time of service.
Identity and location are verified at each session.

SPRAVATO® (Esketamine) Treatment
SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression and for depressive symptoms in major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions.
Delivered only in our certified treatment clinics under the SPRAVATO® REMS program.
Each session includes at least 2 hours of monitoring by a licensed clinician.
Patients must arrange safe transportation home; no driving until the next day.
Treatment may provide relief even when traditional antidepressants have not worked.
Sublingual Ketamine Therapy
Sublingual ketamine (ketamine tablets or troches dissolved under the tongue) is used off-label under clinical supervision for the treatment of certain mood and anxiety disorders.
Offered in-clinic under monitoring by our medical team.
May provide symptom relief when standard treatments haven’t been effective.
Patients are carefully evaluated by a licensed clinician before treatment begins.
Not FDA-approved for depression, anxiety, or related conditions; use is off-label.

Availability & Licensure
Texas‑only telehealth. We provide telehealth visits only to patients physically located in Texas at the time of service. At each session we verify your identity and location, and your clinician is licensed in Texas. For emergencies, call 911.
Medication & Pharmacy Policy
We e‑prescribe to your preferred, Texas‑licensed retail pharmacy. We do not operate an online pharmacy, do not sell or ship medications, and do not process card‑not‑present payments for medications. SPRAVATO® Program
SPRAVATO® (esketamine, CIII) is delivered only in our certified clinics under the SPRAVATO® REMS. After each dose, you’ll be monitored by a clinician for at least 2 hours before discharge.
