A patient can start with an in-person evaluation here, move to telepsychiatry for routine follow-ups, and return in person when a treatment such as Spravato requires on-site monitoring, without changing physicians or repeating an intake.

Spravato® (Esketamine)
An FDA-approved option for treatment-resistant depression, Spravato® works differently than traditional antidepressants and may provide relief for some patients more rapidly than traditional medications. It is administered at our clinic under medical supervision and REMS program guidelines, and it is covered by most major insurance plans.

Sublingual Ketamine
Ketamine is prescribed off-label for depression and anxiety disorders and is not FDA-approved for that use. We provide it here under medical supervision in a comfortable treatment setting.
